The speaker of the 2021 presidential Inaugural Address is Joe Biden. He was sworn in as the 46th President of the United States on January 20th 2021 in front of the Capitol Building in Washington DC. He is a representative of the Democratic party and also served as the 47th Vice President under President Barack Obama. Biden ran in the 2020 presidential election against former president Donald Trump who represented the Republican party.
Biden’s presidential campaign focused on issues such as making healthcare accessible for Americans, inequality for African Americans, fighting poverty, and creating a climate plan to combat global warming among others. These are all issues he also mentioned in his inaugural address.
